Not only does it have the right badge on its nose, but the 3 Series has always looked slick, driven brilliantly, and come imbued with a sense of quality few others can match. All this can be said of the fifth-generation model, known as the E90.

The 2007 BMW 3 Series offers a great balance of performance, comfort, and reliability. The interior feels premium for its age, and the car still drives very smoothly. I think it’s excellent value for money compared to other models like the Audi A4 or Mercedes C-Class. Everything works as it should, and it feels solid on the road. It might not have modern tech like Apple CarPlay, but for a 2007, it’s more than enough.

Well specified car. Good features. Unusual these days in being a 2 door coupe. Strong engine. Could be quicker. Nothing a remap wouldn’t sort out.
