Available as a coupe, convertible or five-door coupe-style hatchback, it’s a fine choice for anyone looking for a smaller executive car, and what it loses in practicality to the 3 Series, it gains in pizazz and driver involvement.

Convertibles 4 series have suspect rear window sealing issues which can lead to collection of rainwater and subsequent swishing noises as water cant easily escape due to intended water escape route being blocked by n underneath panel. Needs DIY to drain (or £80-100 to get done at a dealer), Non convertibles are excellent - although rather uninspiring interiors and dashes compared to class rivals. Well screwed together though and these cars stick to the road superbly even when pushed.

Series 4 28i Coupe... Had a few BMW cars this coupe has a vibrant engine with good acceleration and pickup. Great lines and a handsome flonger than l thought but good boot While two door accessibility is good. Its a 4 seater and seats are comfortable with good setting controls. Leather upholstery sets off the dignified interior. Class act.
