Generous standard equipment and a choice of efficient mild-hybrid petrol engines or the fully electric Puma Gen-E mean it should appeal to most buyers, too. The Puma isn’t perfect – rear headroom is only average and some rivals offer a longer warranty – but as an all-rounder, this Ford is hard to beat.
