The HS is a smart-looking, neat-driving SUV, delivering family-friendly space and practicality and decent quality. Packed with high levels of standard equipment and available at a super-affordable price, it is undoubtedly, a serious contender in the budget SUV sector.

No front parking sensors on petrol models. Quite spacious inside

Great value for the amount of features included such as heated leather seats and a panoramic roof. The finish on the dashboard, seats and doors is very impressive. The steering is responsive. The drivers seat is very easy to manoeuvre into the perfect position. The sport drive is extremely punchy! Very impressive in terms of style and value for money. Used to be a BMW X1 owner but no more! Delighted with the car so an MG HS convert.

MG HS Exclusive 1.5 Manual Petrol. - Excellent value - a lot of kit for the money. Manual version should come with power tail gate to make it even better but doesn’t. Lots of other cars in this bracket Mazda CX-5; Kia Sportage; Nissan Quashqai; Ford Kuga; Peugeot 2008 etc.
