MINI Countryman

The MINI Countryman is the largest car MINI makes (not so mini, then), and it’s a compact crossover SUV. First released in 2010, it was designed for buyers who liked the style, quality and cool image that the MINI brand offered, but who needed more space and practicality than a regular MINI could offer. It hit the mark on that score, but it wasn’t as enjoyable to drive as other MINIs. The second-generation Countryman came along in 2017 and was a better all-rounder, especially after it was facelifted in 2020. The third-generation Countryman is expected to arrive in 2024.

We love our Mini Countryman. I have owned Minis since the very first one came out in the 1960s I have owned other cars including BMWs and Mercedes but I always have a soft spot for Minis as they are good value for money, stylish, classless and fun to drive.

This is my 3rd Mini and my 2nd Countryman. This version is soooooo different from my 2013 Cooper DS, so much has been updated and I absolutely love it! The ride is smooth the handling is as I expect, in 3 words - I love it!
