The 2016 model onwards benefits from an improved seven-inch touchscreen with a rotary controller, whilst 2019 models received an eight-inch screen. In January 2023, Mazda discontinued the Mazda6 in the UK due to declining saloon car popularity, making used examples increasingly attractive bargains thanks to steep depreciation.
