Lexus might be the perennial also-ran in the premium marketplace, but the UX is an interestingly styled, economical, well-built alternative to the all-too-obvious offerings from the big three German premium players. For buyers wanting something different, that’s not without appeal, nor is the ease of its ‘self-charging’ hybrid drivetrain, or the exceptional customer service that Lexus has become renowned for.
