The Juke was one of the first cars in the now burgeoning small SUV segment. It launched in 2010, three years after its best-selling big brother, the Qashqai, and combined quirky styling with the high driving position so many drivers now covet. The original was really quite impractical, and quickly bettered by more spacious rivals, but Nissan aimed to rectify that with the second-generation Juke, launched in 2020, which is roomier, better to drive, and has a smarter cabin. It has a lot more hot competition than its predecessor did in its early days, though, and counts the likes of the Renault Captur, the Ford Puma, and the Volkswagen T-Cross among its rivals.
