Quick Summary
The Seat Ibiza is a stylish and practical five-door supermini, now in its fifth generation since 2017. Despite its long production run, it remains competitive thanks to sharp styling, keen pricing, generous equipment, and an engaging driving experience. A facelift at the end of 2025 brought revised exterior styling, upgraded interior materials, and an improved infotainment system, ensuring its continued relevance in the market.
The Ibiza offers excellent practicality for its class, with comfortable space for four adults and a 355-litre boot. It's renowned for its balanced driving dynamics, feeling stable on motorways yet responsive on country lanes, primarily powered by economical 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engines. Running costs are low due to efficient engines, low insurance groups, and affordable servicing, making it a compelling choice for those seeking good value.
Best for: Drivers seeking a stylish, practical, and economical supermini; those who value sharp styling and an engaging driving experience; buyers looking for good value and low running costs.
Not ideal for: Buyers prioritising class-leading boot capacity, those seeking hybrid or electric powertrain options, or drivers who demand the most engaging handling in the segment.

4.6 Overall rating
(14 reviews)The cars features are really good for a 2012. I think the price of car was very good for the condition of it.
Just got the seat abiza, and I love it, quite nippy for 1.4 petrol, nice size boot, nice looking interior, all and all a very nice car.
My expectations were high, considering that it is really a VW Polo at much less price. The drive is smooth and quiet and it handles beautifully on all roads, but loves the motorway. First class.
Great car - It was me that bought it! It has given me the excitement in driving again. Its only a car - but I love it. Thought I always liked big cars - the Seat Ibiza is a little car that feels like a big one. Although it goes round corners like its on rails.
Great small hatchback with a lively and gutsy powerful turbo 1 lt engine, goes very well, greatly impressed by the performance and. Power. Its quiet, spacious and Haa great tech to assist the driver. Buy one!
